About

Attorneys Daniel Nold and Patrick Walsh established Nold & Walsh, LLC, to serve residents of McHenry, Kane, and Lake Counties who face legal issues involving DUI, traffic violations, criminal charges, domestic violence allegations, or personal injury. Our firm focuses on putting the client’s needs first and using our skills to achieve the best possible result for their situation. We have combined our years of experience to offer top-quality legal representation that helps our clients achieve favorable resolutions to their legal issues.
For us, success comes in many forms. A win in a criminal case may involve securing a not guilty verdict at a jury or bench trial through skillful advocacy and persuasive arguments. In other cases, we may win by filing motions to exclude key evidence, leading to dismissal of the charges. We also seek to have charges reduced when possible. Ultimately, you deserve a criminal defense attorney with the experience and skills to win at trial, and the knowledge to figure out the best possible resolution for your matter.
